Refund of money

Sir I have submitted IBPS challan of Rs 920 for me and my brother (Rs 460 each) to punjab national bank. But due to some unfavourable condition it has been rejected. so when I asked about refund of my challan no one responding it. I approached to manager (B S Yadav) too but i didn't get satisfactory response. I have been visiting for refund since last eight days. I am very much upset by the behaviour of all the employee of PNB.
