Need My Money Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is for reference that my BP Code for One Stop Shop Distribution is BP00062018 for the same I paid 10000 INR. At the time of getting distribution I was informed will receive IRCTC digital signature with in 30-45 days, which will be helpful in booking online ticket directly from IRCTC website.

After a regular follow up for last more than one year I haven't received yet. I also marked them a threatened e-mail stating that I am going to take legal, still no reply.

For any other information do let me know.

So, I kindly request you to make money refund.
