After accident the car was surveyed by Mr. Mukesh Mehandirata on 10 APR. The report was submitted to the Laxmi Nagar branch of Oriental Insurance. This bill was forwarded to the office in lucknow on 28 May. But the the cheque of the claimed amount is not yet recieved.
