Dear Sir,

I m Brajesh rana would like to submitt a complaint Regarding Vechicle No: DL5SZ-3004 (Late. Shri Ravinder Kumar Tomar) was crashed in a road accident in Ghaziabad in march. I have already submitted all related documents for claim to Oriental Insurance, Chandani Chowk Branch to BM Mr. Ramesh and his contact no. is 9810032578 before 02 years. Surveyer Name Mr. Naresh thareja and his contact no. 981005221. After crash the vehicle i have servicing the vehicle in M/S. Rajeev Raj, Durgapuri and contact person Mr. Chanchal-9312952018.

I have not received any claim regarding this. So i requesting you to plse. look for the same ASAP. because Mr. Ramesh (BM Oriental insurance) not picking my phone and after reaching to office he replied me that it will take 15day.
