I, Mr. Pratik Goyal want to register a complaint against overnite express that I had Booked a parcel on 24.06.2011 .Today is 04.07.2011 and I yet to have the product delivered to my home. When I am checking the status of the product on their website it is showing the product was dispatched from Delhi to Vadodara on 25.06.2011. Then I tried to call their customer representative and they said they don’t know about the product or the product update is not showing on their computer. After few trials they are not picking my phone up for nearly 2 days cause they don’t have the right answer.
