Cash transiction broblem by ATM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have try to withdraw Rs 4000, (Four Thousand) by axis bank's ATM card by Punjab National Bank's ATM (Situated at Metro Hospital complex, Sector-12, Noida) on 12-08. But I receive only Rs 3000 (Three Thousand), and Rs 1000, will not be dropped out from ATM Machine. So I complaint this problem to Bank's Staff Situated at back of ATM Room. From there, Mrs. MANJU TALWAR is come and open the ATM's Cover with his KEY, and take My Money (Rs. 1000) and go back to his office. When I demand my money, she said "I don't know whose this money" . and don' return my money. So please take a proper action and return my money.
