Amount is debited from my A/C with out receiving the cash from ATM

Dear sir/madam,

I am Nihar ranjan senapati from bhuaneswar city of orissa, having an account no in Panjab national bank. 2977001300000058 . yesterday night i tried to retrive money from my acount in the saheed nagar branch ATM. in transaction no is ATM/CWDR/N440 i did not received the mount RS.4200 cash but it is debited from my account. i called to customer care service. They told me this type of problem in happening and it will be solved in next 24 hrs. if in case it is not solved then give a complain. Till now it is not credited. and now i am not able to reach customer service. Kindly take the necessary action ASAP .
