Dear sir/madam, I am a student doing BSc IT (5th Semester) from Sikkim Manipal University. I registered complain on 28th February when I was submitting my fee Rs.9550/- in the favour of SMU by ATM card (swipe machine) dated 20th Feb. 2011 time: 15:01:43. My Card was swiped twice as machine was not working properly. Finally it was done, but my account has been debited twice by mistake. They are not taking any action regarding my complain even according to customer care within 45 Days they will return money but 51 Days has gone & I have not received money yet. Please register my complain and give me further information that how can I get the money back in my account. The particulars of my account are given below.
