Refund Claim for Travellers Cheques - Deceased Purchase

On going through papers of my father, who died in February I find that on July 24, my mother has sent to American Express Travel Related Services Company - Redemption Unit - World Wide Traveler Cheques Operations Center, Salt Lake City, Utah 84184 - 3650, USA, through R Net Worldwide Courier, five American Express Travelers Cheques Nos. RA 183.184.335, RA 183.184.336, RA 183.184.337, RA 183.184.338 and RA 183.184.339 of one hundred Dollars each purchased by my deceased father, SHAMSHER KASHYAP, for refund with Refund Claim for Travelers Cheques - Deceased Purchaser duly completed along with the required documents. However, my mother has not received the refund so far or any communication in this regard. I shall be grateful if you would kindly look into the matter and let me know at my Email ID sanaa@vsnl.com.
