I Had applied for the Bima Nivesh 2005 Policy after verifyieng it through LIC’s Website, that term rider facility is avaliable in this polcy, and hence I filled the propasal form accordingly. I deposited the required amount also, but surprisingly when I Saw my first premium receipt the term rider was disappeared. I contact to the agent/ D.O. they failed to answer it. When I contact to Branch manager they said me that In a single Premium policy, I can not avail any accidental policy and hence I can not avail term rider on it.

They refused to take my written application and to give me in written that, in fact, truley ‘Bima Nivesh’ is lack of term rider facility. they said that the website is not being updated.

My statement can be verified through the website of LIC http://www.licindia.in/investment_plan_001_benefits.htm. Who is telling wrong I Don’t know but the fact is I am being cheated by LIC. Please guide me what can I do next?
