To deactivate games club in my mobile

Games club is activated in my mobile without my hand involved in that. The airtel itself activated it without concerning me.last week i received a message informing that Rs.5 /-is deducted from my account balance. I immediately contacted the customer care to deactivate it. But they not deactivated yet. Today again Rs.5 /- is deducted from my balance unnecessarily informing that "you have been renewed for weekly subscription service from airtel". I find very bad with the service provided by the airtel. this is the bad part of such a reputed Telecom operating company. i received no response from u even tough i informed u earlier.i will take it seriously if is not going to be deactivated by tomorrow.my mobile number is 9678883572.
