I applied for ICICI Lombard Bike insurance on 21st August from Bangalore. But till date (26 -sep). I am struggling to get my insurance. I have escalated the issue to 3 levels but no response from ICICI Lombard. I feel they only cheat people. One of their executive told that she could not locate the ICICI Lombard Banch from where I purchased policy. I do not understand is there someone operating illegally with ICICI Lombard name, or they do not have the data for its Branches. If some responsible executive ICICI Lombard checks these complaints then please do something for the stated issue.
