Unable to track one registered document

Unable to track registered document

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am unable to track one registered document which was sent on 2nd December'2009 from JOWAI Post Office (Meghalaya) to Charka Patthar (BIHAR) PIN-814157

The registered post reciept numbers was: RL A 1903.

I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)

Kindly help me in to try and locate the posted documents.
