Regarding Full And Final & P/F

Dear Sir/Mam, I was an on roll emplyee of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Chandigarh (Sec-8). My complaint is that i never resigned from job but the company it self written my fake resignation and signed itself also. My full and final has not been given still company claims money from me. I know i have worked dedicatedly for the company and nothing wrong from my side. Now I request you to please look into matter and provide me Full and Final with my EPF. I have written many applications to HRD Bajaj Allianz and spoken to various authorities of company but no body is going to help me for this.
