I had worked at M/s Bajaj electricals Ltd, Lucknow Branch from Oct' 96 to March.
After i resigned from my duties & after several follow ups the EPF form was submitted through Bajaj electricals Ltd, Mumbai on your Mubai office at the address 341, Bandra (East) Mumbai 400051 on 10th Dec.
Our reference no is 10-C/ Nov dated 24.11.2008
The EPS A/c No is MH /460/ 03208
But we have not yet recd any reply till date.
May i request you to please speed up the process and provide us the funds at the earliest possible.
