Salaries not paid

Hi,

This complaint is against BintelGroup (http://www.bintelgroup.com/), a software company in Hyderabad. I was an employee there from Jan to Aug. The company did not pay my salary for the last 3 months. They also did not open my PF account nor deposited the income tax though those were deducted from my salary. Its not just me but they did this to many other employees. And the worst part is they are still doing it. They hire people and then pay their salaries for the first few months and later skip the salaries. If the market is good, employees once they realize the plan, jump to other jobs and rest suffer.

The CEO Krishna Ghanta should be held responsible for playing with careers of the employees.

In spite of me mailing them repeatedly regarding my dues, i haven't received a response.

I am not sure if this is the right place to write a complaint against this company, but at-least it will create awareness among others who can avoid falling for this company.
