Holding of my salary by branch manager and vulgar behaviour of branch manage

Dear sir/ mam

I am working in birla sunlife insurance (Korba, Chhattisgarh) as an agency manager since 23 march. My branch manager has holded my salary and also he is not allowing me to enter the branch. On 25 march he talked with me in very abusive language and sent me out of the branch by saying not to come to the branch anymore. He holded my salary also. The next day when i reach the branch again he sent me out of the branch and told me not to come to the branch anymore. After that he sent me a notice that i "Why i was absent from 25 march", i doesnt understand this political behaviour of him as he first told me not to come to the branch, and when i reach branch he sent me out of the branch and after that he is sending me notice that why i was absent. I am very dissappointed by his behaviour. In fact his behaviour in the office is very abusive and vulgar due to that many other agency managers have resigned from their posts. Please help me to get my salary and also i want to continue my carrier in bsli pls help me.
