Delay in cheque and irresponsible behavio

First of all i would like to ask sbi if ahraura branch is opened to serve the people or to create problem to the people of ahraura. the branch is operating with only 2 staff, there is hardly 1 lakh cash in this branch, the manager is also not polite .there is always delay in cheque clearance atm is only till 4o;clock .the attitude of the staff and the services of sbi of ahraura is ruining the name of sbi
