The shoes not fitted to my children foot and we request for exchange and purchase any other item, but i am sorry to say one of your sales person behave very Sadistic language and he also challenge us take my name compaint in our comapny without asking our site to his name. I think that type of behaviour in Bata company showroom we were not expecting.
