On the 1st June, I submitted Form-10, Form-3A and Form-19 for withdrawal of PF accumulation of my employee Lalhmingsangi D/o H.C.Thangluaia, EPF account No. AS/SHG/4393/11.

I do not yet receive any reply from your office till date.

Further, i can not enter my establishment code No. ie. AS/SHG/4393 in your website: www.epfindia.com. to check my Claim Status.
