S.o / s.r working in ther own firm

Hi,

mr.ajay kumar pattnaik of bubaneshwar (odisha) is working with monginis cake company (kolkata) as an s.r/ s.o post and with the same he is running his own business in the firm name: m/s. nandighosa agency as a proprietor, firm tin no:21781121617, address: jagmohan nagar, khandgiri with different companies

i just want to ask is company aware of this and not taking any action due to some personal intrest in him/buisness? or mr ajay pattnik is cheating company without their knowledge is it correct?
