Boys bullying in ladies First class coach

Now days its very hard for womens to travell in first class compartment also as there are some slum boys standing in door of the compartment and they always bully and harass the women there. There is no Railway Police there, nor they take any action angainst these boys. Govt Should take some drastic steps regarding this before any unwanted wrong things are done by this boys.
