Booking Amount not refunded

Dear Sir,

I have paid Rs. 5000 as a booking amount thorugh Cheque for Tata Sumo in the month of march. Later I decided (means not able to get the finance / not able to arrange the 20% money from my friends) to cancel the booking. They also confirmed that they are cancelling the booking and the booking amount will be refunded in 20 days. Since then I have been continuously following it up with Mails / Phone calls from Delhi. Till today, I have not received my money back.

So I would request you to kindly intervene and get the money back from this dealer.
