Sir, we own a tata indica vista.

our car met with an accident on 6th november the day after diwali.

my driver hit on a tractor.

i left the car in madurai ARASPVPV for service.

provided all the documents they asked for.

they gave a quotation for the service and asked to pay a deposit of one lakh.

i bought one lakh for interest from a finance company and paid the deposit.

till date they have not touched my vehicle for service.

when i asked for it, they say so many reasons and sorry.

what is the use of it.

i'm paying interest for the deposit to the finance company.

i'm hatred of it.

please help me in this issue.
