Deducted charges without intimation

Dear Consumer Court,

Request you to please take any action on this.

I am a member of arzoo.com and I booked 4 2 tickets (Go-Air flight) for 16th July. Due my personal problem I am canceling the 2 tickets. I raised request for cancelation and spoke to customer care of ARZOO.COM. I asked about cancelation charges. They said 750 50 per ticket. Means total 1600 Rs. deduction out of 5930. But they deducted 2000 instead of 1600. Then I called again to ARZOO customer care. They said charges applicable as 750 250 per ticket. WHY??? And I asked where you have mentioned these cancelation charges. He said no where. This is wrong.

I was trusted on ARZOO.COM but now I'll never use arzoo.com for flight or railway booking.

Reuqyest you to please take care of this issue.
