Pathetic service

Sir, I have done a AMC contract for my optra royale car at the ashtvinayak service centre at goregaon. The last periodical service was done by them on 24th of june 12.But as i went to take my car in the evening i was surprised to see lots of dust on my car, oil markings on the body and my automatic side mirror onthe right side broken. Now this was something which was visible and only the almighty knows about what they must have done on things which is not visible and for which i was charged also. I was promised that my side mirror will be repaired as soon as possible, but as of today nothing has been done so far. My wheel alignment which was not done properly earlier was so badly done when i brought my car again that i had to get it done from outside. My wheels needs to be changed is the reason given, but this was not the case on24th may when i was charged for wheel balancing. I would requwst someone onthe higher ups to please solve my problem and also to look into the pathetic working by the staff at this service centre.
