Renewed on line my car insurance policy on12.04.2011 proactively as current insuarnce was going to expire on 28.04. but after seing policy soft copy found there was a change in scope of coverage as per the earlier policy.

with refrence to the above subject would like to bring in your kind notice that i have renewed my OLD insuarnce policy OG-11-9906-1801-00000265 online with new plocy number OG-12-9906-1801-00000113 on 12.04. after checking the documents found differnce in the coverage, as in earlier policy covergage was given for 5 passenger apart from driver n owner which is not found in new policy,

till date follwoing with Bajaj customer care written several mails every time a new ticket number given by them, but till date original hard of policy has not recd...
