Bajaj Auto Finance
2 WHEELER NOC NOT RECEIVED

I had availed loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for purchase of Bajaj Wave in March. My vehicle no. is MH13-AG-2560. I have paid the loan in stipulated period of 3 years. It is almost more than 1 year I am following up with company representative at Solapur. But till date I have not received the NOC from the company.

Is this the way to treat the customers? When 1 instalment is not paid on due date, the company sends its representative for recovery. But when the entire loan is repaid, is it not the responsibilty of the company to send the NOC to customers address?

I am thinking of going to consumer forum against the company.
