NOC CERIFICATE NOT RECEIVE

2 WHEELER NOC NOT RECEIVED

I had availed loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for purchase of Bajaj Plantina two wheeler in 2006. My vehicle no. is OR-22A-8148. I have paid the loan in stipulated period of 3 years. It is almost more than 1 year I am following up with company representative at BHADRAK. But till date I have not received the NOC from the company.

Is this the way to treat the customers? When 1 instalment is not paid on due date, the company sends its representative for recovery. But when the entire loan is repaid but last deposited date 30/06 receipt no-AF11076557 BOOK NO-53063 BY SARAT KU DEY MAA TARINEE AGENCY BHADRAK, orissa, is it not the responsibilty of the company to send the NOC to customers address?

I am thinking of going to consumer forum against the company.
