Insurance renewal paid but no acknowledgement received

Hi,

I have Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC with registration number as: AP09 BR 1671.

I bought this vehicle on October 2nd. Bajaj Allianz insurance associate called to my mobile and came to my home to check the bike status and collect the reneal fee in the month of November. I filled an application form and he has taken the amount of Rs. 1150 odd and said they will not give any acknowledgement as such as i will be receiving the acknowledgement through post..

Still now i didn't receive any document as such.
