To pay the dues pending and recive my RC & NOC

I have loan pending for three months. I have lost my post office pass book and i dont know where to pay the dues. I also need the details of the paid dues and pending dues. I need to have a login for my loan account. I purchased my bike at surya bala auto agencies.
