Abusing and disrespect

Dear Sir,

Myself Mamta Singh have purchased motorcycle XCD Bajaj and financed by youry esteemed organization named bajaj finance. today Mr. i received a call from number 9891299783. your executive have ceased my motorcycle on haridwar road, my mom and my brother is approx 75 kmts away from, their home town, as my mom is not well and your executive is not talking very rudely and disrespectfully. i have talked your executive and told that i will pay your amount within this week and he please free the byke so that my mom and brother may reach home. as i am in noida and not able to come right now for submitting the payment i need some time to manage the payment.

I think this is not the right way your executive is behaving and they have not even informed me about the balance payment further there is also disparity in payments details.

so i request you to please help me out.
