Dealer not provided gas on right time after booking

To dear sir

i have booked my cylinder and gas agency give the date of delivery

7/12 but after booking they told u will come tomorrow . if they give

date then why they not give refill i have been already face this type

probleme even most of cust face this and they never provided home delivery

after booking date every time we remind about this and he not deliver refil

at home pls solve this type probleme,
