Deliver bike with loose part

Espected sir,

i have purchase bike on 05/12 from VIKAS AUTO WHEELS SHIVAM PLAZA, GT ROAD ALIGARH. But they have delivered bike with loose part, which are making noise while driving the bike. moreover they also have not install battery of the bike for self start. i went there for installing the battery but nobody hearing me. worker have told me that we dont have charged battery for installing.

kindly take care of negligence on the part of managment of the showroom.
