Delivery of gas not in time

Sir,

I Qamer Saleha cosutmer of bharath gas (gas numbr:25416) have booked the gas, as per the rule i should get the gas within 2 days but its past 20 days i hav'nt got any gas. If I call the office they are telling that they have issued the bill but the person who delivers the gas is not bringing any gas and selling it in black. He (Shankar) is giving the reason that no one is in the house, cylinder is not empty. etc., . I have complained lot of times regarding the corruption of shankar but the authorities are taking no action.

Hence, sir I request you to take action against the authorities and Shankar
