Intentionaly dealy in refund

I have purchesed waganR from "B.M. Autolink, Gandhidham-Authorised dealer from Maruti Udyog, on 30-3.At that time sum of Rs 10000 extra taken from me.on notis of it, they said it "By mistake", and promissed to refund by check in 2-3 days.but till today (22-5) they r intentionally dealying refund.
