My cook Nandu roy S/o Radhey Roy booked for new connetion of Bharat gas to Devi Gas Distributor, Gaushala Road, P.O.Naugachia Pin:853204 Dist: Bhagalpur (Bihar). After some days my cook received a letter regarding come to office and take new connection.

When he came to office, your distributor's behave very bad and demand rs. 5500.00 for new connection. My cook purchased ovan with isi mark from open market but your distributor do not ready to give new connection without ovan. so you are requested to please solve this matter and send me your normal terms for new connection. My cook nandu roy is a poor man and dioabled.
