INSURANCE CLAIM

Dear Sir,

This is in reference with insurance claim. In the month of december our swift got a hit in the back bumper we showed this to the Hercules Maruthi Dealer in Peroorkada. Thiruvananthapuram. But we didn, t make any claim for this. We got a call from Indus Motors Maruthi dealer from were we delivered the car. The call was regarding the reminder of insurance payment, at that time they told that our Bonus amount were cut and we have to pay the full amount, i shocked an i told them we didn't make any claim before, they told that the records shows it and we claimed it from the Hercules Dealer on the month of December. Sir there car services to the customer were also not good, i took the 2nd and 3rd service from them, but they didn't done it proper atleast the car washing. Hence u r kindly requested to plz look into the matter and solve the issue
