CAR INSURANCE CLAIM
DELAY IN CLAIM PAYMENT

Dear sir,

This is with regret I am informing you second time online and several times on phone as well as by visiting personally to the service centre as well as insurance office, I 'm still getting the lame excuses only and not the claim which is pending since a long time that too also almost four months.

I have discussed the matter with Mr. Naveen Chodhary of Gurgaon and conveyed the matter also asked the proceedings, but there also no satisfactory answer was provided, rather several times my phone was not even picked up by the persons like, Mr. Pawan Car insurance surveyor of jhunjhunu, Raj automobile of Jhunjhunu.

For your reddy refrence I'm giving you the details of my policy no. 1013623, My Car no. RJ 18 CA 1640.

Which is named by me only?

I would like to give you all details as now after losing hopes from every end no option is left for me rather is to sue a legal proceedings against the one who has done it either intentionally or with a melafied indentation.
