Refund not paid back

Dear Customer Care Executive, CCAvennue.com (Carwale.com)

I am Dr Gaurav Aggarwal and I had advertised my TATA Indica DLS Car on your website Carwale.com on 09-11.

Despite the listing I was unable to get any serious buyer and no one visited me to see the car. I was then able to sell the car on my own.

I therefore request you to kindly refund the refundable deposit of Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty only) which I had made with you. It has already been more than 45 days (as per order no. 54192 received by you (pasted below) the date of transaction was 09-11).

As per you company listing policy (as explained to me by your executive on phone) if a car listed at carwale.com is not sold through carwale.com then the customer gets a refund of Rs. 750/- deposited with them after 45 days of listing with the website.
