Irregula timings of local train services

Its regarding irregularities in local serivices of central railway..there are 6.9 million commutaters are travelling by local services.. Mumbai railway is the most revenue generator who contribute heaviest to central govt fund. This all because as customer we have been very loyal to services and appereciate services at the same time nowdays there are no local services trains running on time except very few..today I was waiting at dombivali station to catch 12.37 PM CST bound fast local to reach dadar which arrived at 12.53 pM on platform no 5 which reachd dadar at almost 1.40 PM. It seems there are no values for commutaters time..trust us we look towards railway services as common mans beneficiary services..people gets into the train travelled with different different puroses.. Some of them are student, some are patient some are managers some are hawkers taxi drivers it is needless to say that everyone expect to reach well within time to their destination...! ut due to this irregularities wewe cannot able to reach on timings..
