After inform about that problem to “Durgapur Honda, Neogi Auto Pvt Ltd.” They replied that “e-mail sent to head office but no reply. Durgapur Honda not responsible for that.”What can I do??? when a branded new bike showing manufacturing defect after 3 months. Who is responsible???

I never expect that type of customer service from HONDA INDIA.
