Cash back not recevied for Trip 1005264992

Hi,
This is regarding the trip id 1005264992,
I cancelled my ticket from Kolkatta to Mumbai on Jun 12 .
I got the following reply from cleartrip:
" Dear Mr. Deep,
Thank you for writing to us regarding refund for Trip Id: 1005264992.
We apologize for the delay in replying this e-mail and the inconvenience caused to you.
We wish to inform you that we have claimed for Rs. 3679/- as refund from the Airline. However, whatever Airline will refund we will deduct Rs.300/- Cleartrip processing fee. Refund will be credited to your account within 20 to 25 working days, depending upon the issuing bank.
For further assistance, please write to us at customersupport@cleartrip.com. Our operational hours are from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm IST.

3 months are over still i have not got the money. Every time they will tell we are looking into the issue.
I tried reaching out to cleartrip via there customer forum (www.cleartrip.com), but i did not getting any reply.
I tried calling them on phone, and i spoke to them for more than 30 min, but they were not able to give a satisfactory answer..
Can you please update me, why it is taking so long to receive the cash back.
