CANCELLED TICKET REFUND - NOT DONE

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is my Trip ID 1105232200. I made my booking through my Central Bank Debit Card and cancelled it.

I have made almost 30 calls and i would have talked for almost 10 hrs on the phone during those 30 calls. I was mailed a refund transaction snapshot. But Bankers are saying they cannot do anything with the snapshot the cleartrip has sent. I am still on the email communication. Please help me to get my refund back Sir/ Mam

It is very annoying. Please check into Cleartrip and their forgery relating to REFUND
