Refund is incorrect

Dear Clertrip All,

i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR: 8244913565, Itinerary (Trip ID 1007093131but the probem is Bank Of India my Debit Card Pay, the system is responsing incorrect, Systam is responsing ICICI Bank Credit Card i also forgoted my email id i have mailed santosh7553@in.com in& but there is no any reply

so what can i do please guide me as soon
