Respected sir/mam

My name is Dr. jignesh Panchal i purchased a santro gls car from your showroom last year september.

Till today i have not recieved the insurance and RC book of my car.

I have personally visited the showroom about 4 times to MR. ARUN PANDEY, he assured m that sir there was a problem in insurance as engine number printed was wrong

and it was not hypothecated to bank.

Moreover in the RC BOOK it shows hypothecation of HDFC BANK, but i never approached hdfc bank for the loan, my loan was donr from Ahmedabad district co-op bank, naroda branch, and they got a dd of the samr from the bank.

Agreed there is a mistake but till now i am chasing my RCBook and insurance but the answer is yes sir you will get it shortly.

One more thing when i purchased a car there was a refund of 10, 000 rs as a bonus i never had that amount as well, so i am waiting for my cheque of refund and the rcbook and insurance policy.

There was a little late in loan payment and they have charged me 4500 rs . as a interest for that which i paid, so why should i have to wait this long.

During this time if i met with an accident as i have done cng fitted in my car so who is responsible for the car and insurance as i want to get entry of my cng kit into the rcbook if i had it.

also i want to get it done in the insurance as well but because of not having the policy i cant do anything.
