I booked a parcel on 19th june from Bangalore to Chandigarh. Today is 1st July and it hasn't been delivered yet. The online tracking system simply shows it reached Delhi and has been shipped from there to chandigarh on 22nd June. Nobody picks phone on customer care number. I called up in chandigarh office and they are not ready to help.
