Rash driving by lorry drivers

Respected Sir/Madam

My name is Ranjina. V, and i have recently shifted to pune, but pune seems to have really sarcastic people driving vehicles because they never follow trafffic rules, especially lorry drivers and on pune sholapur highway people never have patience to give way for another vehicle to go ahead and also people never wear a helmet.

Please arrange few traffic policing on this pune sholapur highway. It's a kind request.
