RC of new car not received

Sir, We had purchased a new car, swift desire vxi, on 28.7.2011 from M/s T.R.Sawhney Motors P VT. lTD. East Gokulapur, main Wazirabad Road, Delhi-94. But till date we have not got RC of this vehicle from the dealer.
