Sir,

I am PRJ (RACE) member since recently I got my membership renewed on 11-12 to 11-03 vide Customer Card No. DEL 000039972. Till date I havn't used PRJ (RACE) services unfortunately today I was in need but when I called upon BREAKDOWN No. 011-40007000 at around 03.45 p.m. from my MOBILE No. 9810141460 the person on duty did not respond in first 5 attempts and when he pickedup my call he was not bother to listen to my call and in the first attempt itself he replied that my membership has expired and dropped the call. I tried to call your breakdown number a no. of times but the person on duty pickedup the phone and dropped. After so many failed attempts to contacts your breakdown/helpline numbers I requested a stranger on road to call your breakdown number & book my complaint.

The complaint was booked by the strangers Telephone No. 9868950737. You are requested to look in the matter and inform me the action taken.

If PRJ (RACE) found itself unable to serve the members you are requested to discontinue the services instead of making the members suffer on road and keep them waiting for hours together.
